Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people? We are currently recruiting 4 Children’s Residential Support Workers to join a dedicated and supportive team in the Leyland area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a service that genuinely puts young people at the heart of everything they do.
? The Role As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will:
*Provide day-to-day care and support to children in a residential setting
*Build positive, trusting relationships with young people
*Support with emotional, behavioural, and social development
*Ensure a safe, nurturing, and structured environment
*Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care plans
? Pay Rates*£13.00 per hour (minimum)
*Up to £13.50 per hour for candidates holding a relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification
? What We’re Looking For*Experience working with children or young people (residential, care, youth work, etc.)
*A caring, resilient, and patient approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (desirable, not essential)
