Reed Coventry is delighted to support our Coventry based client with the recruitment of a Finance Manager, with strong knowledge of the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS). This position plays a key role in managing the full financial operations of the business, ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls, and effective financial planning. Working closely with Directors and teams across the organisation, you will provide clear insight, maintain compliance, and support informed decision-making
Main responsibilities.
*Monthly management accounting
*Assisting with year statutory accounting
*Accurate cashflow forecasting
*Maintain all statutory submissions, including VAT, CIS, RTI, and payroll-related reporting.
*Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for multiple business entities.
*Bank reconciliations.
*Petty cash
*Purchase and sales ledger
*Credit control.
*Payroll (weekly and monthly)
*Fixed assets.
This role would suit candidates who have experience with CIS (construction industry scheme) You will ne numerate, outstanding attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your own workloads.
If you have solid experience with CIS and knowledge of Quickbooks, this could be the role for you.
AAT qualified is preferred however qualified by experience candidates are welcome to apply.
