Key Responsibilities
*Managing a busy conveyancing caseload with accuracy and efficiency
*Supporting fee earners across commercial and residential matters
*Working in accordance with Lexcel and CQS quality requirements
*Maintaining excellent client service and communication throughout each transaction
*Ensuring all work complies with regulatory, procedural and internal standards
Candidate Requirements
*Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Paralegal, ideally within conveyancing or commercial property
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
*Confident communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
*A professional, motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
