A well known West Midlands Company are seeking a Part-Qualified Management Accountant with strong experience in management reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. You’ll be instrumental in supporting strategic decision-making and driving financial performance across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
*Preparing management accounts, forecasts, and budgets for internal stakeholders.
*Conducting variance analysis and highlighting key financial trends.
*Supporting month-end and year-end reporting processes.
*Assisting with process improvements and the implementation of efficient financial systems.
*Collaborating with departments to provide insight and support for business decisions.
What we’re looking for:
*Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with solid management accounting experience.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP software.
*Previous experience in manufacturing would be an advantage
*A proactive, adaptable team player eager to learn and progress.
