Sales Ledger Assistant (Interim)
Location: London (hybrid)
Contract: Interim for at least 6 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Salary £35,000 (converted to a day rate)
We are seeking a capable Sales Ledger Assistant to join a large organisation within the education / professional services sector. This role reports to the Transaction Manager, working in a small team. Key duties include:


*Raise and issue invoices and then reconcile the transactions on where the auto invoicing has failed. It may also require the resolution of discrepancies and sending out copies where required.
*Raise and issue sales invoices in line with agreed schedules and fee structures
*Prepare and issue accurate invoice corrections.
*Issue credit notes for students.
*Ensure all invoicing tasks are completed within deadlines and logged accurately.
*Carry our reconciliations on accounts where required.
*Handle customer queries related to invoices and payments.
*Provide support regarding statements and account queries.
*Maintain organized inbox folders and track response times to meet agreed service levels.
*
This role would suit someone with at least a year’s accounts experience and a strong work ethic. This is a really friendly team and a good environment to work in. Immediate availability (or short notice) is essential.
