Job Description:
Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level? We’re looking for an Acccounts Assistant to join a busy, fast-moving team at a leading service provider in a rapidly expanding industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with finance experience who wants to grow and develop their skills.

As part of the finance team, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, from processing invoices to managing supplier payments and bank reconciliations. If you’re organised, proactive, and enjoy working with numbers, this could be the perfect next step for you.

What you’ll be doing:
*Processing invoices and purchase orders efficiently
*Running supplier payments and issuing remittances
*Managing supplier queries and building strong relationships
*Completing daily bank reconciliations


What you’ll need:
*Solid accounts payable / finance experience
*Excellent Excel and accounting software skills
*Exceptional attention to detail
*Strong communication and organisational abilities
