Permanent, office based.

The role:
As Legal Receptionist, you will be at the centre of the firm’s day-to-day operations - creating a seamless, welcoming experience for clients and ensuring everything runs effortlessly behind the scenes.
Your role will include:
*Delivering a first-class front-of-house experience to clients and visitors
*Managing a busy reception desk with confidence and professionalism
*Handling calls and enquiries with efficiency and discretion
*Coordinating meeting rooms and supporting internal teams
*Providing administrative support where needed
*Making the role your own
What you’ll need:
An experienced, dependable and polished individual. You understand the pace and expectations of a law environment and thrive in it.
We’re looking for:
*Proven experience in a legal services reception role, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE 3+ YEARS LEGAL RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE.
*A confident, articulate communicator with a warm, professional manner
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*A reliable, proactive approach and a "nothing is too much trouble" mindset
*Someone who enjoys being a key part of a high-performing team
