Quantity Surveyor / QS / NEC / NEC3 / NEC4 / JCT / Commercial / Cost Planning / Contract Negotiation / Risk Management / Permanent role / Norfolk / Bacton / Norwich - £60,000 – 70,000 + bonus + benefits.
One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor.
Location – Norfolk area – hybrid set up, approx. 4 days per week in Bacton
Salary £60,000 – 70,000 + bonus + benefits
Experience:
*Experience in a Quantity Surveyor role (or similar – such as Commercial Analyst / Lead / Consultant)
*Flexible on sector experience - Construction OR Utilities OR Engineering OR similar
*NEC or JCT contracts
Desirable:
*BSc (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying
*Experience line managing or mentoring Quantity Surveyors
*CICES or RICS chartered status
