Are you a highly skilled Vehicle Technician or Master Technician ready for your next challenge?
My client, a well-established main dealership in Tunbridge Wells, is expanding their team and looking for a dedicated Master Technician to join their professional and friendly workshop.
About the RoleAs a Master Technician, you will:
*Carry out diagnostics, servicing, and major engine repairs
*Use the latest diagnostic equipment to identify faults and recommend solutions
*Support the Workshop Controller by overseeing and delegating work
*Ensure all repairs and servicing meet manufacturer and dealership standards
*Participate in ongoing training and development
*Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
What We’re Looking For*Fully qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent)
*Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*A passion for high-quality workmanship
*Main dealership experience is desirable but not essential
