We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Temporary Data Cleansing Administrator to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data records, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring smooth data flow across various platforms. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and proficiency in office software to contribute to the efficiency of our operations.
*Hybrid role. Office working 1 day per week (Friday).
*Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries through regular audits and verification processes
*This role supports a data migration project within a highly sensitive service, with a primary focus on high-volume data entry and the cleansing of historic records.
*A high level of accuracy is essential, as the postholder will be responsible for validating data quality across two systems. The role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
*Manage and organise electronic files in accordance with company policies

*Experience
*Proven office experience or administrative background is desirable
*Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook),
*Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
*Previous clerical experience involving data management or record keeping preferred
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
*Good typing speed
This role is ideal for organised individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to utilise their administrative expertise. Prior experience with data management tools is advantageous.
