Responsibilities:
*Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with estate agency partners and clients
*Manage inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and enthusiasm
*Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
*Handle client enquiries and support escalations efficiently
*Identify new business opportunities through referrals and digital channels
*Produce regular reports and analyse data to stay ahead of market trends
*Continuously seek ways to improve performance and deliver exceptional results
