Project Manager


Location: Cheltenham (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Salary: £45,000–£50,000

Our client, a well-established organisation in Cheltenham, is hiring a Project Manager to support continued growth following an exciting period of expansion over the past 3–6 months. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing project team and play a key part in delivering impactful change across the business.


What you’ll do
*Lead the delivery of multiple projects from initiation through to completion
*Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in line with business objectives
*Manage stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring clear communication and alignment
*Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
*Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and standards


You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure projects deliver real business value and support ongoing growth.

*Proven experience delivering projects in a commercial environment
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Experience with project methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
