Duties include but not limited to :
*Manage both accounts receivable/ accounts payable function.
*Matching and coding purchase invoices
*Weekly payment runs
*Bank reconciliations
*Completing supplier statement reconciliation
*Maintaining and resolving supplier accounts and queries
*Keep team up to date with all supplier delays / problems
*Answering phone calls and customer queries
*Develop and maintain administrative process
*Presenting costs analysis to the department
*Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc finance duties as required
