The Role
As an HR Business Partner, you’ll support a portfolio of clients, providing expert HR advice and managing a broad range of employee relations and people-related matters. You’ll build strong client relationships, guide organisations through complex HR issues, and contribute to improving their people practices.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing client queries through to resolution
*Advising on employee relations issues and wider HR matters
*Supporting the full employee lifecycle
*Updating HR policies and documentation
*Assisting with client meetings, audits, and ongoing relationship management
*Keeping up to date with employment law and HR best practice
*Supporting business development activities where required
About You
*Experience within HR consultancy
*Strong knowledge of employee relations and UK employment law
*CIPD Level 7
*Confident managing multiple clients and priorities
*Strong attention to detail and communication skills
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when needed
*Business development skills and experience
