Senior / Town Planner - London
I’m currently working on behalf of a highly regarded, independent planning consultancy that is looking to expand its London team with the addition of a talented Town Planner.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s looking to take the next step in their planning career within a supportive, commercially focused environment that offers exposure to a diverse range of projects across the UK.
The Role
You’ll be joining a dynamic and collaborative team, working across a broad mix of sectors including residential, commercial, mixed-use and strategic land promotion. The role offers real variety, client exposure, and the chance to play an active part in shaping developments from early-stage strategy through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
*Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals

*Providing clear, commercially minded planning advice to clients

*Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and consultants

*Supporting on site appraisals and planning strategy work

*Contributing to business development and client relationship management

About You
*MRTPI qualified (or working towards it)

*Experience within a consultancy or local authority environment

*Strong report writing and communication skills

*A proactive, client-focused mindset

*Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
