Duties
*Answer all Incoming Calls from Suppliers and Customers
*Process all Incoming Orders
*Chase Orders with the Warehouse & Distribution Companies, to ensure Timely delivery to everyone’s satisfaction
*Raise all relevant Paper work and General Administration
*To be confident in all Issue Resolution matters
*Calculate Discounts and Delivery costs against Customer Orders
*Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, follow-up, and resolving concerns promptly
Skills
*Proven Customer Service experience within an Office
*Ability to Engage Naturally and put Customers & Suppliers at their ease.
*Ability to resolve issues before they escalate.
*To aim to have Extensive Product knowledge in time.
*Skilled in customer service with excellent communication abilities to explain technical issues clearly to clients
*Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and trustworthiness
