Service care solutions are currently working alongside a thrilling local authority based in Cheshire, which is seeking an Adult Social Care Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to progress in your career and gain experience in the Adult Social Care industry.

This role pays a competitive rate of:
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.50 - £48.89 per hour
Umbrella - £50 - £55 per hour

This role is on a 3 months contract with potential to extend and is on a hybrid basis

Responsibilities as an Adult Social Care Solicitor:
*Attend Court with Counsel as instructing representative if required.
*Able to handle a high caseload in adult social care from start to completion.
*Provide expert advice and guidance as appropriate for your own area of expertise.
About you as an Adult Social Care Solicitor:
*Requirements for knowledge of COP / MCA/ MHA
*Has worked in the Adult Social Care legal team for the local authority.
*Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ experience in Adult social care law.
