All about the role

As the AI Solutions Engineer you will design and deploy AI-powered internal applications that enhance sales productivity, automate workflows, and improve decision-making. This can be a hybrid role working between our Bradford HQ and your UK home base.

Key Responsibilities
*Build internal web and mobile applications using AI-assisted development tools
*Automate repetitive sales workflows (CRM updates, proposal drafting, follow-ups, reporting)
*Develop AI-powered assistants for:*Quote generation
*Customer analysis
*Email drafting
*Sales forecasting

*Integrate apps with CRM systems
*Rapidly prototype tools and iterate based on feedback
*Translate business requirements into working AI-driven solutions
*Ensure data security and compliance standards are met

Essential Skills for the role
*A career track record in AI Solutions Engineering
*Strong Python skills
*The ability to translate business requirements into working AI- Driven Solution whilst ensuring data security and compliance standards are met.
