IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for Production Operatives to join a leading manufacturing company based in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in manufacturing or production, although full training will be provided for the right individuals.
Key Details*Working hours: 6am-2pm (Monday and Friday), 6am-6pm (Saturday and Sunday)

*38-hour working week over four days

*Ongoing contract with potential for permanent employment

*Starting rate: £16.39 per hour

*Opportunity to progress through a grading system with pay increases once fully trained

Key Responsibilities*Operate production machinery safely and efficiently

*Maintain quality and accuracy in all work undertaken

*Follow health and safety procedures at all times

*Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets

*Carry out general production and assembly duties as required

Candidate Requirements*Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not essential)

*Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

*Good level of written and spoken English

*Flexible and reliable approach to work

*Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

*Awareness of health and safety standards
