Customer Contact Advisor
Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time temp initially could go permanent for the right candidate
Location: Norwich

We’re seeking a Customer Contact Advisor to join our team and play a vital role in supporting individuals and families as they navigate key decisions. About the Role
As a Customer Contact Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for enquiries, providing compassionate support and ensuring every interaction is recorded and managed effectively. You’ll play an essential administrative role in the customer journey, helping to coordinate appointments, manage CRM entries, and prepare key documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
*Accurately recording all interactions and enquiries in the CRM system.
*Logging enquiries promptly and ensuring timely follow-up.
*Coordinating administrative tasks such as sending information packs and updates.
*Monitoring enquiry sources and ensuring swift and professional responses.
*Supporting the production of enquiry and occupancy reports.
*Booking tours, assessments, and appointments on behalf of managers.
*Preparing documentation for admissions and move-ins.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
*Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable telephone manner.
*High levels of empathy and calmness when supporting families.
*Ability to handle sensitive customer enquiries with professionalism.
*Confident IT user with strong CRM skills and the ability to maintain accurate, confidential records.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple enquiries.
*Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
*Experience working in operational or customer-facing roles.
*Previous experience in administrative or customer service environments.
