A strategic and commercially focused Account Director needed. You will be responsible for driving client growth, leading account strategy, and building strong senior stakeholder relationships. The position involves managing teams and campaigns to deliver business results, with a strong emphasis on revenue growth, proactive thinking, and long-term client success.

We’re looking for someone who can own client growth, lead from the front, and build lasting partnerships.
The Role
*Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts (revenue, retention, profitability)
*Drive account expansion through smart upselling and cross-selling
*Lead client strategy aligned to real business outcomes
*Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
*Guide and inspire internal teams to deliver exceptional work
*Oversee performance, campaigns and commercial success

*Proven experience growing client accounts and hitting revenue targets
*Previous agency experience in a AD/Client Services role
*Strong commercial mindset and strategic thinking
*Confidence working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
*Ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
*A solutions-focused, proactive approach
