Job Description:
Join a leading FM company as a fabric engineer/handyperson in central London.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and repair work to thrive on a large site.
*Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) or (10am - 7pm) plenty of overtime available on site.
*£33,000 + company benefits
*Large static site
Responsibilities:
*Tiling
*Carpentry - Door hanging
*Assembling furniture
*Plumbing
*Drainage & flushing
*Fire alarm/door testing
*Grouting & Plastering
*Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
Requirements:
*Experience as a building services fabricengineer/handyperson in a commercial/high end residential setting
*Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ carpentry preferred
