Job Description:
Due to continued growth, my client is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong broker or introducer network experience to support their expanding business. This is a field-based role and requires someone with a Full UK drivers license and you own car.

Key Responsibilities:
*Build, manage, and grow relationships with brokers and introducers
*Field based client meetings to grow strong connections
*Leverage your existing network to establish new partnerships
*Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
*Maintain and strengthen existing relationships to maximise engagement
*Represent the business professionally within the wider market
About You:
*An established broker or introducer network
*2-3 years’ experience in business development or relationship management
*Full UK Driving licence and happy to be field based
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
