Sales AssistantBath | £12.71 per hour | Hours as per store rota | Permanent
IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting a Sales Assistant to join a busy store in Bath. This is an opportunity to deliver excellent customer service while supporting store operations and sales.
Key Duties:*Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, engaging, and assisting customers.
*Provide in-depth product knowledge and recommendations.
*Work towards achieving KPIs and personal sales targets.
*Process payments, customer orders, and reservations accurately.
*Support stock management and maintain shop floor merchandising standards.
*Ensure high standards are maintained on the shop floor and in back-of-house areas.
*Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Requirements:*Positive, can-do attitude with strong communication skills.
*Team player with a proactive approach to work.
*Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
*Willingness to learn; full training will be provided.
