Temporary Credit Controller

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Temporary Credit Controller to join a busy facilities management company based in N4, London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day finance tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial operations.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
*Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately.
*Perform bank reconciliations using QuickBooks.
*Ensure all financial data is correctly recorded and maintained.
*Handle credit control for significantly overdue sales ledgers.
*Maintain organised filing systems for all financial documents and records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*At least 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping role.
*AAT Level 4 qualification or equivalent.
*Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*High attention to detail and superb organisational skills.
*Detailed knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and Word is essential.
