Mainstream Fleet Services are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for Class 1 Drivers to join their growing team based in Sittingbourne, Kent.
Our client can offer a variety of different shifts on an ongoing basis.
The role will entail:
*Refrigerated distribution across a variety of locations.
*Delivering to RDC’s and collections to and from farms.
*On average 12-hour shifts.
*Some flexibility for start times as they may change from time to time.
*Mainly a driving role with minimal handling of the load.
A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
*Full Class 1 Driving licence (minimum of 12 months’ Class 1 experience).
*Valid Digital Tachograph and CPC card.
*No more than 6 points or have the following endorsement codes showing (DD or DR).
*Compliant to all rules and regulations within LGV driving.
*Good roadcraft / Geographical knowledge.
Hourly pay rates:
*Monday to Friday (Days): £16.70
*Monday to Friday (Nights): £17.80
*Saturday (Days): £20.00
*Saturday (Nights): £20.70
*Sunday and Bank Holiday (Days): £23.62
*Sunday and Bank Holiday (Nights): £25.87
All the above rates are PAYE paid weekly. Holiday accrual will be in addition to the rates.
