Job Description:
Robert Half has partnered with a leading business services organisation to recruit for a Senior Finance Manager, Purchase to Pay.
We are supporting a well established company that is enhancing its global Purchase to Pay operations. This position offers senior leadership responsibility across a complex P2P function with the opportunity to drive process improvement, develop talent and strengthen performance across the finance operation. This role is based just outside of Manchester City Centre
Key Responsibilities
*Lead, coach and develop the Purchase to Pay teams
*Own global P2P processes and implement standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives
*Use data and systems insight to improve quality, controls and productivity
*Build capability across the team and support long term talent development
*Define and manage the scope of services within all P2P processes
*Support and guide the team through change and evolving priorities
*Partner closely with senior stakeholders across finance, operations and transformation
Experience Required
*Strong leadership background within Purchase to Pay or Procure to Pay
*Proven experience managing and improving end to end P2P activity
*Qualified Accountant such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA
*Deep understanding of P2P processes, ideally with Global Process Owner exposure
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
