Job Description:
We are representing a leading traffic management provider and are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join their team on a 3-month temporary basis.
This is a fast-paced and busy role, combining office-based administration with close interaction with operational teams and site operatives. You’ll play a key part in supporting the day-to-day running of traffic management activities.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide strong administrative support to the operations team
*Maintain accurate records, job data, and documentation
*Assist with scheduling and coordination of works
*Liaise with operatives, supervisors, and office staff
*Support permit handling and compliance paperwork
*Update internal systems and trackers
*Prepare reports and general office documentation
About You
*Strong administrative skills (essential)
*IT literate (Microsoft Office – especially Excel & Outlook)
*Excellent attention to detail
*Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
*Strong team player with good communication skills
*Able to interact confidently with both office staff and operatives

*Office-based role with regular interaction with operational teams
*Collaborative and team-focused environment
*High-volume workload requiring organisation and efficiency
