Teaching Assistant - Full Time - Bury (BL9) - Immediate Start

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a full-time Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the Bury (BL9) area, starting immediately.

This is a long-term opportunity.

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who can support pupils’ learning and work closely with the class teacher to help maintain a positive classroom environment.

Teaching Assistant - Key responsibilities:
* Supporting the teacher with classroom learning activities
* Working with small groups and providing 1:1 support where needed
* Encouraging pupil engagement and progress
* Assisting with behaviour management
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Teaching Assistant - Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children or within a school
* A positive and flexible attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
