Teaching Assistant - Full Time - Middleton (M24) - Immediate Start

Aspire People are seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant for a primary school in the M24 area of Middleton, available for an immediate start.

This is a long-term role with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

We are looking for a dependable and motivated TA to support pupils in the classroom and work alongside the class teacher to help drive pupil progress.

Teaching Assistant -Role responsibilities:
* Supporting learning activities in the classroom
* Working with small groups and providing 1:1 support when needed
* Helping pupils stay engaged and make progress
* Assisting with behaviour and classroom management
* Promoting a positive learning environment

Teaching Assistant -Requirements:
* Experience working with children or within a school setting
* Positive, proactive approach
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
