EAC are working with an Organisation based in Milton Keynes who are looking for a Systems Analyst to take ownership of their core business systems and help drive efficiency across the organisation.
This is a hands-on, business-facing role where you’ll work closely with teams across operations, finance, sales and warehousing to improve processes, resolve system issues and support ongoing system development.
What you’ll be doing:*Acting as the go-to person for business systems (ERP and integrated platforms)
*Working with stakeholders to understand challenges and improve processes
*Investigating and resolving system issues (2nd/3rd line support)
*Supporting system upgrades, changes and new implementations
*Analysing data and producing reports to support decision-making
*Testing system changes and ensuring everything runs smoothly
*Training users and improving how teams use systems
What we’re looking for:*Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Sage, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
*Background in systems analysis, application support, or business analysis
*Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
*Confidence working with data / databases (e.g. SQL)
*Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams
Nice to have:*Experience with Sage X3
*Exposure to e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento)
*Understanding of finance, supply chain, or warehouse operations
