Job Description:
We’re building something exciting within Reed Legal - and we’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys candidate engagement, and is ready to specialise in a competitive market.
You’ll be joining a tight-knit team of two, working closely with a Business Manager who brings strong sector experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to make an impact and help shape the future of our Legal Practice desk.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll recruit primarily for qualified solicitor roles, with a steady flow of paralegal vacancies, across an established and active patch covering Central London, parts of North and East London, West London up to TW18/Staines, South West London, and down to Gravesend in Kent.
Operating in a strongly candidate-driven market, this desk suits someone who thrives on strategic candidate engagement. You’ll enjoy building a high-quality talent pipeline, strengthening relationships with law firms, and developing specialist expertise within a respected and well-established professional sector.
