The Role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Customer Account Manager to support their hospitality clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands how hospitality businesses operate in practice. You will appreciate the pressures faced by General Managers, Area Managers and Operations Directors, particularly around compliance, supplier performance and staffing cost control. If you naturally think in terms of efficiency, accountability and commercial outcomes, you will fit right in.
This is a commercially focused client success position, requiring strong relationship management, operational awareness and a proactive mindset towards continuous improvement.
Responsibilities will include
*Build and maintain senior relationships with operational and executive stakeholders across hospitality groups.
*Drive adoption and optimisation of workforce and labour supply chain technology across multi-site client portfolios.
*Lead structured onboarding programmes for new client deployments and supplier integrations.
*Deliver regular strategic account reviews demonstrating operational improvements, compliance insights and financial impact.
*Analyse platform data to identify cost-saving opportunities, operational inefficiencies and supplier performance issues.
*Act as the senior operational contact between clients and internal Product, Support and Commercial teams.
*Identify expansion opportunities, including additional modules, services or integrations within the client portfolio.
*Ensure all suppliers and operational teams within client ecosystems remain aligned with platform processes and compliance requirements.
*Provide feedback to Product and Development teams based on client usage and operational challenges.
*Support the commercial team with enterprise client proposals, demonstrations and strategic discussions.
The Person
This role suits a commercially aware relationship builder who enjoys working with hospitality operators to improve efficiency, compliance and performance.
*Excellent experience in account management, customer success or client relationship roles ideally gained in the hospitality or retail environment
*Ideally strong experience working within the hospitality sector or alongside hospitality operators.
*Account Management experience
*A solid understanding of venue operations, staffing models and labour supply chains.
*Experience working with technology platforms or workforce management systems.
*Super organisation skills
*Confidence presenting operational insights and commercial value to senior stakeholders.
