Production Operative – Liverpool
People Solutions are currently recruiting for Production Operatives for our client based in Liverpool, Merseyside. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.
Shifts
• Four days and four nights rotating
• 6.00am – 6.00pm / 6.00pm – 6.00am
Rates of pay for day shifts:
• £12.72 per hour for the first 12 weeks
• £15.26 per hour after 12 weeks
Rates of pay for night shifts:
• £14.02 per hour for the first 12 weeks
• £16.00 per hour after 12 weeks

Day-to-Day Duties
Your duties as a Production Operative will be:
• Working in a range of sections across a busy production floor including compression, liquid injection, and assembly
• Working independently towards daily targets
• Using industrial machinery to manufacture products
• Loading and unloading products from machines
• Review and maintenance of product quality and condition
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times
Essential Skills
As a Production Operative, it is essential that you are:
• Hard working
• A team player
• Punctual and reliable
• Must be able to work rotating shifts
• Keen and willing to learn
Desirable Experience
• Experience working as a Production Operative is an advantage
Training Provided
• Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout
