Job Description:
Our client in Ashington is looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative Apprentice to join their warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in warehousing and logistics while working towards a Level 2 apprenticeship qualification. You will learn essential warehouse operations, health & safety practices, and stock control processes through on-the-job training and formal study.
Key Responsibilities
*Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods
*Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
*Loading and unloading deliveries safely
*Carrying out stock checks and inventory counts
*Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised
*Using basic warehouse systems and paperwork accurately
*Following all health & safety procedures at all times
*Working effectively as part of a team to meet deadlines

Entry Requirements
*No previous warehouse experience required
