A lovely, welcoming primary school in Trafford is looking for a dedicated Year 1 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term supply basis, covering a maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a warm and nurturing KS1 environment where children are enthusiastic and eager to learn.
This role is full-time, to start ASAP.

The role:
*Supporting teaching and learning within a Year 1 classroom
*Working with small groups and providing 1:1 support where needed
*Assisting with phonics, early literacy and numeracy activities
*Helping create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

What we’re looking for:
*Recent experience working in a KS1 or EYFS setting
*A patient, caring and proactive approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Someone reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to pupil progress
*A candidate with relevant qualifications - ideally Level 3
