About the role
We are seeking a compassionate, resilient, and reliable 1:1 SEMH Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with high-level social, emotional and mental health needs on a long-term supply basis. This is a rewarding role for someone who can build trust, maintain consistency, and provide personalised support throughout the school day.
This job is to start ASAP, on a full-time basis until the end of the summer term.

The ideal candidate will:
*Have experience supporting pupils with SEMH or additional needs
*Be patient, calm, and able to use de-escalation strategies
*Build strong, positive relationships and set clear boundaries
*Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support
*Be committed, adaptable, and able to work independently
