Key Responsibilities*Operate production equipment and machinery following health and safety guidelines.
*Assemble products and ensure all components meet quality standards.
*Conduct regular quality inspections and document findings.
*Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
*Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to good housekeeping practices.
*Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
*Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Requirements
*Previous experience as a Production Operative or in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
*Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
*Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
