SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Business Support Assistant
*To update family records on file and make sure all information us up to dare and correct.
*To answer a high number of phone calls from families and professionals.
*To put referrals on the system within timescales.
*Liaise with the Business Support Manager, , other internal divisions and departments. Confidence to interact in a multi-agency setting (i.e. Police, Schools, Health Professionals etc).
*Maintenance of electronic records and systems ensuring that accurate and appropriate information is available to Managers when required.
*Responsible for the accurate input of data onto Liquid logic and EHM.
*Take part in regular supervision including (PADS) the Council’s Personal Appraisal Development Scheme and undertake training as appropriate. Attend team meetings.
*Have an understanding and commitment to Bromley’s Equal Opportunities Policy.
*Undertake any other duties commensurate with the level of the post, as required to ensure the efficient and effective running of the Department / Section
