Job Description:
*Customer Service - via telephone and email
*Order processing and general administration duties
*Open plan office set up with a friendly, supportive team
About the Customer Service role:
We are working with a well-established manufacturing business in Poole who are looking to employ a confident, people-focused Customer Service Advisor in their busy head office team.
This is a front line role, ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers as well as being a point of contact for internal teams, resolving queries, and taking real ownership of their own tasks, from start to finish.
The Customer Service Advisor Role*Manage customer accounts, including contract support and renewals
*Take ownership of customer queries and complaints through to resolution
*Proactively follow up on customer interactions and identify service improvements
*Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders
*Log and resolve complaints in line with internal procedures
*Schedule appointments on behalf of the services team, and manage customer updates
*Maintain accurate records on internal systems (previous ERP / CRM systems experience would be ideal)
*Contribute ideas to enhance the overall customer experience
*Provide general administration support to the team as required
What We’re Looking For*Ideally, a minimum of 2 years customer service experience (over the phone, via email and in person)
*A confident communicator with a friendly telephone manner
*Solutions focused, with experience of handling complaints and more complex queries, in a calm, professional manner
*Highly organised and able to multitask
*PC Literate, ideally having had some experience of working with ERP / CRM systems.
*Confidence to learn new systems and processes
