*Has strong knowledge and experience of the Year 3 curriculum.

*Has a solid understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and can effectively differentiate to meet a range of needs within the class.
*Is committed, professional and passionate about supporting children to achieve their best.
*Can work well as part of a collaborative, supportive staff team.
