The Role*Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
*Support pupils with SEMH needs to re-engage with education
*Create a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
*Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and leadership
*Implement behaviour management strategies effectively
*Monitor and track student progress
The School*Specialist provision for pupils aged 11-16
*Focus on SEMH and alternative provision
*Supportive and experienced leadership team
*Emphasis on staff wellbeing and professional development
*Small class sizes to enable personalised learning
The Ideal Candidate*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Strong classroom management and communication skills
*A patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach
*Interest or experience in SEN / SEMH (desirable, not essential)
*Commitment to supporting vulnerable learners
