As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in achieving targets for new business and customer retention. Your ability to engage effectively with customers and prospects will be key to your success!
Key Responsibilities:
*Sales & Customer Engagement:
*Meet financial targets for new business income and customer acquisition
*Proactively engage with customers to provide accurate product info and support applications
*Build lasting relationships as a key contact for new product inquiries
*Identify opportunities for customer referrals to our Field Officers
*Respond promptly to inbound and outbound calls, maintaining high service standards
*Marketing & Relationship Support:
*Suggest innovative marketing activities to boost business growth
*Collaborate with the Marketing and Field Teams to share customer insights
*Support the Field Team at events and represent the organization when needed
*Process & Service Improvement:
*Contribute to improving service delivery and the overall customer journey
*Follow processes accurately and suggest updates to enhance efficiency
*Take on additional duties as requested by the Chief Executive Officer
