About the Role:
Prospero Teaching is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Secondary Music Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in the Liverpool area. As one of the fastest growing agencies in the UK, we are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic educator to inspire and nurture students.
Secondary Music Teacher
Location: Liverpool, L17
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract Type: Temporary, Long Term
Working Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm (Tuesday - Friday)
Pay: Paid to scale
Key Responsibilities:
*Planning and delivering engaging and effective Music lessons to secondary school students.
*Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that cater to varying student needs.
*Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*Proven experience teaching in a UK secondary school.
*Up-to-date Safeguarding training (desirable, but not essential as training can be provided).
*Right to Work in the UK.
*Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or willingness to apply for a new one.
*Ability to provide references that cover at least 24 months worked and where possible 2 roles where you have worked with children
