Recruitment Solutions is working with our Manchester based Client to appoint an Accounts Receivable Assistant. The Company is a blue chip – FTSE 100 listed Business who has recently moved its Accounts Receivable function to Manchester.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSISTANT
*Annual basic salary of c £26,000 – £28,000 dependent on your experience – you will also be supported with an Annual Salary Review and Increase.
*Performance related Appraisal which can lead to an additional Bonus Payment

THE ROLE OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSISTANT
Will be based as part of a large / loud and fast paced AR / Sales Ledger team! You will be supported at all time by a supportive culture and a designated Team Leader. On a day to day basis you will work across
*High volume and complex Allocation of Payments
*Query Management and Resolution of Payments that can not initially be Allocated
*Work closely with the Credit Control Team to assist with Collection of Payments
*Weekly Reconciliation of Client Accounts in your Portfolio – this will include Subsidiary Franchise Retail Sites
*Assist with the raising of Credit Notes
*Assist with preparation for Month End
*Ad hoc duties
The role of the AR Assistant will suit an ambitious character who is perhaps making a move into Credit Control and Client Account Management.
