Tenancy Enforcement Specialist

£24.24 Umbrella per hour

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable Housing Association for a Tenancy Enforcement Specialist to join their Neighbourhood team on a temporary basis.
This is a key role focused on managing serious and complex anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases, taking ownership of escalated cases and delivering robust enforcement action to protect communities.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a caseload of high-level ASB and tenancy breach cases, including escalations from Neighbourhood Officers
*Investigate cases thoroughly, gathering evidence and progressing enforcement action in line with policy
*Draft and serve legal notices including Notices Seeking Possession and other enforcement documentation
*Prepare witness statements and represent the organisation in court where required
*Act as the lead point of contact for serious ASB cases, including those within supported housing
*Work in partnership with external agencies (Police, Local Authorities, support services) to resolve cases
*Provide guidance and support to colleagues on lower-level ASB and tenancy breaches
*Produce reports and KPI data on ASB casework
Requirements
*Strong experience managing ASB and tenancy enforcement cases within social housing
*Solid understanding of housing legislation and ASB enforcement processes
*Experience preparing legal documentation and attending court proceedings
*Ability to manage complex, sensitive cases and deliver outcomes
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*Full UK driving licence
