Responsibilities
*Lead day-to-day execution of M&A transactions, including managing work streams across due diligence, modelling, valuation, and process coordination.
*Build and own complex financial models (DCF, LBO, merger models, trading and transaction comps) with minimal oversight.
*Create client-ready materials, including CIMs, teasers, management presentations, board decks, and sector insights.
*Work closely with senior bankers on live transactions and strategic pitches, supporting ongoing origination efforts.
*Conduct detailed industry and company research across multiple high-growth healthcare verticals.
*Coordinate effectively with clients, lawyers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
*Work in a lean team structure that values initiative, ownership, and a hands-on approach.
Candidate Profile
*The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of full-time Investment Banking experience within Healthcare M&A or a Healthcare M&A vertical.
*Strong technical ability - able to run full financial models and oversee junior execution.
*Demonstrated experience working on sell-side processes.
*Clear communication skills and confidence interfacing with senior stakeholders and clients.
*High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
*Proactive, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
