Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Sales Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Hainault.
The ideal candidate should be target driven and looking to work within a team. You will need to be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and have a winning mindset.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Trainee Sales Negotiator:
*Basic £23,500
*Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm, every Saturday 8.30am - 6pm (with a day back in lieu)
*5 day working week
*£50 per completed mortgage application
*Every other month competitions
Responsibilities for the role of Trainee Sales Negotiator:
*Registering and qualifying potential buyers
*Generating viewings
*Canvassing to bring on new properties
*Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
*Preparing sales brochures
*Developing relationships
*Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
*Booking appointments
*Always delivering exceptional customer service
Key Skills for the role of Trainee Sales Negotiator:
*Previous property experience not essential
*High level of customer service skills ideally with sales
*The desire to work well in a team
*Sales and target driven
*Ambitious, enthusiastic and motivated with a winning mindset
*Confident telephone manner
*Well presented
*Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
