Our client is a leading global iGaming Organisation, committed to long-term development and sustainability while trying to revolutionise the industry.
The Role
They are looking for a Head of Affiliates to join their team, leading the affiliate marketing channels across key markets with full ownership of performance, partnerships and strategic direction. This role combines commercial leadership, data-driven decision-making, and strategic oversight, ensuring the affiliate program delivers sustainable growth while maintaining compliance in a regulated iGaming environment.
As an ideal candidate you will bring together strong commercial insight, analytical expertise, and strategic vision, with the ability to translate complex market trends into actionable affiliate growth plans.
Responsibilities
*Shape the Affiliate Strategy: Define and execute a plan to grow the affiliate channel across key markets, focusing on revenue, ROI, and long-term partnerships.
*Manage Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with affiliates, networks, and media partners to drive high-quality traffic.
*Optimize Performance: Use analytics and reporting to track channel performance, refine campaigns, and make data-led decisions to improve acquisition and conversion.
*Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, product, BI, and compliance teams to align affiliate activity with broader company goals.
*Ensure Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements, ensuring affiliate campaigns follow legal and internal guidelines.
*Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the affiliate team, setting clear priorities and encouraging professional development.
Key Skills and Qualifications
*Experience: 5–8+ years in affiliate marketing, ideally within iGaming or another regulated digital industry.
*Proven track record in managing revenue-generating programs.
*Commercial Skills: Strong negotiation abilities, understanding of CPA, Rev Share, and Hybrid models, and experience optimizing ROI.
*Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data analysis, KPI tracking, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
*Leadership Qualities: Able to lead a team, provide clear direction, and develop talent while fostering accountability.
*Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with iGaming regulations in multiple jurisdictions and experience ensuring campaigns comply with legal standards.
*Industry Engagement: Willing and able to travel to affiliate conferences, events, and meetings to build relationships, stay informed on market trends, and promote the company brand.
