Job Description:
A well-established, independently owned Midlands advisory firm, backed by a leading wealth management group is looking for an energetic, ambitious Financial Adviser to join a growing team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a ready-made book of business while building a long-term career in a supportive but dynamic environment.
From day one you will inherit £250,000 of existing ongoing fee income across circa 140 clients, with no cold starting. Alongside this, you will have access to a steady flow of warm, quality referrals through long-standing relationships with local accountancy and legal firms, the kind of introducers who regularly pass across high-net-worth clients. The client base is broad, covering pensions, investments and protection, and there is a real and largely untapped opportunity around intergenerational planning that the right person can make their own.
You will be well supported - full Paraplanning and Financial Admin is in place so you can focus on client relationships and new business. The role offers genuine flexibility, with a mix of office-based meetings at modern Solihull premises and home visits where clients prefer it.
We are looking for someone who is at least Level 4 qualified with a minimum of two to three years of financial advice experience behind them. Equally important is attitude, we need someone with real energy and commercial drive, who is keen to grow, build relationships and make an impact rather than simply manage what is in front of them.
